FORT WORTH -- Freddie Lee Cooks, 82, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2015. Graveside: 12 noon Tuesday at Oakwood Cemetery in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6-8 pm Monday at Calvario Funeral Chapel in Fort Worth. Freddie was born December 12, 1932 to Henry and Rosetta Cooks in Calvert, Texas. He moved to Fort Worth at the age of 15. Above all, Freddie was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandpa. Freddie was preceded in death by his parents; his 13 siblings; his wife, Victoria; and daughter, Brenda. Survivors: Sons, Freddie Jr., Sammy, and Victor; daughters, Rosa and Sandra; 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members.
