Tincie Oleta Stephens, 98, passed away Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015. Service: 10 a.m. Monday at Williams & Lucas Funeral Home, 517 N. Sylvania Ave. Interment: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Survivors: Brother, Clyde Lackey and wife, Thelma; sister, Bernice Crosby; and many other loving family members and friends.
